Counselling for long-term health conditions
We provide integrative counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy CBT to adults (18+) living with long-term health conditions whether newly diagnosed conditions or ongoing.
Many of our clients experience a combination of physical and emotional challenges including anxiety, depression, pain and difficulty adjusting to lifestyle changes.
We work collaboratively with people managing a wide range of conditions and our sessions focus on personalised, value-driven strategies to help people adjust, build resilience, confidence and self-care.
