Counselling in schools

Over the last 15 years our people have provided counselling, psychotherapy, art psychotherapy and creative therapy in a number of schools.

Why is counselling in schools important?

It is widely recognised that a counselling service within a school benefits the whole school system as well as keeping the child or young person at the centre of the counselling intervention.

How does it work?

The school counselling service we provide is designed to fit the objectives of the school with a focus on the needs of the child or young person within the learning environment.

A collaborative approach with the school’s inclusion team is key to the effectiveness of this intervention.

Tailor-made packages are offered to suit the requirements of each school.
