We provide counselling, psychotherapy, CBT and REBT to adults, young people & children.

Our counsellors and psychotherapists offer time for people to talk about practical and emotional difficulties in times of personal or family vulnerability. 

We previously worked with the CASSEL Centre, a charity based in Forest Hill, London which provided counselling, psychotherapy and social work services and a child contact centre in Lewisham Borough and surrounding areas for 29 years before closing permanently.

How our services are provided

​

Our services are currently provided by Zoom or telephone.  Once face-to-face counselling resumes you will be advised of your counsellor's or psychotherapist's location.

Sliding-scale fees & discounted services

​

Fees are on a sliding scale and some discretionary discounted services are available to adults in receipt of basic Universal Credit or on low incomes.

​

These are usually provided by students on professional training courses which means you must be willing to receive and be able to engage in a counselling service and the presenting issues cannot be too complex. This type of service can be provided for a fixed term e.g. from 4-8 weeks to make the financial arrangement more manageable.

Working hours

8 am to 9 pm  -  Monday to Thursday inclusive

8 am to 6 pm  -  Friday

9 am to 5 pm  -  Saturday

Negotiable      -  Sunday
